The wall unit is intended for furnishing of kindergartens and junior school. It is functional and is intended for practical usage by the teacher/pupil.
The wall unit consists of:
shell;
back wall;
front;
classroom blackboard;
sliding system;
plastic trays with rails.
The shell and the front of the wall unit are made of laminated chipboard of 18 mm thickness. Rear wall is made of white laminated fiberboard of 3 mm thickness.
Four blackboards with the size 900x1244 mm are the parts of the wall unit: two metal blackboards with magnetic qualities and special highly durable coating of green color for writing with chalk and two metal blackboards with magnetic qualities and special highly durable coating of white color for writing with marker.
Work surface of the blackboards is made od steel sheet (thickness of 0,3 mm) and coated with green and white paint,  which ensures long-term exploitation. The blackboards are filled in with medium-density fibreboard with the thickness of 6 mm (fine fraction). Rear side is additionally covered with metal galvanized sheet for the strength of construction.
All writing surfaces along the perimeter are framed with anodized aluminium profile. All corners of the blackboard are protected with plastic defense squares, which prevent injury while exploitation and improve the look of the product.
The wall unit is completed with N series trays of yellow, green and red colors with the size 312x377x75 mm in thе amount of 16 pieces. It is also completed with special plastic rails of special form for plastic tray, to eliminate its overturn and falling out. Plastic rails have special fixation sleeve fastenings (analogue of shelf-holder) on its basis for possibility of their fixing without screws and self-tapping screws.
The sliding system consists of upper and lower aluminium guides, which are fixed in the grooves, and also of running mechanisms, which are fixed onthe rear sides of the blackboards.
The wall unit has metal basis for fixing, but it is not equipped with hinged fastenings to the basis, which are usually supplied with the interactive panel.
Photoprint on the subject of school is implemented on the chipboard with usage of special ink, which hardens under the impact of emission of special ultraviolet lamps. There is also used the technology of coating with varnish of the very picture for increasing of resistance to outer damages, abrasion and wet cleaning.
The edges are finished with PVC edge tape of 1 mm thickness of "milky oak" color.
